Barbara Bissonnette

Barbara Bissonnette is the principal of Forward Motion Coaching and one of the longest-tenured career coaches in the US working specifically with adults on the autism spectrum and those with Asperger profile. She is the author of multiple books, including The Complete Guide to Getting a Job for People With Asperger's Syndrome and Asperger's Syndrome Workplace Survival Guide.

Her coaching addresses job search, workplace communication, accommodation requests, and managing burnout for autistic professionals. She trains employers and vocational counselors on autism in the workplace and presents at autism conferences across the country.
