Jennifer Anderson, MCC

Jennifer Anderson founded Full Bloom Career Academy and has coached out of the Portland area for more than 25 years after leaving a high-tech career. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), one of the relatively small group of coaches worldwide at that level, and has served as faculty at Portland Community College, UC Davis Extension, and Coach University.

Her practice focuses on helping mid-career professionals discover their 'perfect work', alongside coaching aspiring entrepreneurs through small-business launches. She also speaks and trains other coaches. Sessions blend assessment, structured curriculum, and one-to-one coaching, delivered by video and occasionally in person in the Portland area.
